Pestigard is the first vaccine for the prevention of Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus (BVDV), otherwise known as Bovine Pestivirus in cattle. This virus can damage herd reproduction rates and cause immunosuppression in recently infected cattle. Consequences include abortions, mastitis and respiratory disease.
