Order Processing
Same-Day Dispatch
Place your order before 10:30 am Monday – Thursday, and if everything is in stock, we'll dispatch it the same day (excludes public holidays).
Weekend and Holiday Processing
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Special Order Notifications
For special order products, we will contact you with the expected timeframe and any additional details.
Postage
We utilise a variety of postal services, including AusPost, Startrack, Aramex, TNT, and Toll. If you need your items urgently, please let us know, and we'll choose the most suitable service for you.
Vaccines
Vaccines are only despatched Monday to Wednesday to ensure prompt delivery. Vaccines ordered after 10:30 am Wednesday will be despatched the following Monday.
Vaccines are dispatched in an esky with cold packs to ensure they remain at the correct temperature.
Standard Delivery Rates
A flat fee of $20 plus GST applies to orders up to $1,000 plus GST.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $1,000 plus GST, excluding bulk goods and large items.

Please allow 1-4 business days for your delivery to arrive. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and product availability.

In-store Pickup
We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup from our warehouse in Virginia, Brisbane, QLD, for any orders. Most orders will be available for pickup within 4 hours, though this timeframe may vary based on your location and product availability.
Our office hours are 9 am - 4 pm, Monday – Thursday.

Receiving
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
You are generally not required to sign for delivery; we can instruct the postal service to leave your order in a safe place on your premises.
